We hope you are happy and content with your purchase. However, if you wish to return your order or part of your order for any reason, you would be required to follow the below steps within 14 days from receipt of your parcel.
Please note that we can only accept your return request if the items are unworn and in immaculate condition with the jewellery box.
Important: Bespoke or resized jewellery made on a custom basis for clients are not eligible for return or exchange.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for your return/exchange request. Please include your name, home address, order number & contact details.
You will receive a response from us within 48 hours of your intimation and provide you with the address you would have to ship the package for return.
While packaging your items for return, please ensure that along with the pieces, the packaging is in a sturdy box. Please ensure of the below steps while packaging:
- Place the jewellery items in our VAK jewellery pouch/box and place the same in a box along with bubble wrapping and tissue covering for protection.
- Please ensure that the jewellery & original box are secure & will not move/shift in transit.
- After all packaging is completed, please ensure secure sealing of your box.
Please note that we do not cover/reimburse costs related to return shipping. This will be entirely your own responsibility to have the products returned to us safely & securely. We recommend opting for insurance for the shipment before processing it for transit.
We also recommend using a reliable, safe & trackable shipping method that provides proof & receipts of your shipment in order to track its location at all times. You are liable to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damages, if any, come to the jewellery in transit.
Once your return shipment has been received by our offices (within 14 days from date of delivery to you), our team will inspect the contents of the package thoroughly. Please note that we have the right to refuse your return if we find that items are damaged, incorrect or missing or the items show any sign of wear.
Step 6: Once your return shipment has been approved by inspection, we shall refund you the original price paid for the pieces via the original method of payment within 30 days of inspection approval. We will not be liable for any fee charged for the transaction by payment gateways or banking partners and shall not be liable to reimburse shipping costs incurred by you.
The items you would like to return must only be returned to our offices within 14 days of receiving your order shipment. Returns outside of this timeframe would only be accepted at our discretion & will only be refunded as Store Credit for future use.
