A. Yes, we ship to all prominent international destinations like the United States of America, United Kingdom, most countries in Europe, Kuwait, UAE and Qatar, Hongkong, Singapore, Canada and Australia.

B. However, If you’re in countries like Bahrain and Saudi Arabia in the Middle East, France in Europe and Brazil in South America, you would require a local customs agent to release your shipment which our team can assist you with.

If there is a certain piece of jewellery that is not available on our ready stock and you would like something created bespoke for you, please feel free to get in touch with our team at info@vakjewels.com or WhatsApp/Call us on +91 9987299612 where we can understand your requirements and prepare designs and take your custom-made order forward. We could arrange appointments for discussion over a telephone call or video chat with our experts, as per your convenience and preference.

In order to begin production for your bespoke order, we would require an advance
payment of 50% of the total order value. The process could take up to 5-7 weeks
from order processing, sourcing of materials until creation of your jewellery.

If you realise shortly after placing your order that your shipping address needs amendment, please get in touch with us immediately on info@vakjewels.com or WhatsApp/Call us on +91 9987299612 to have the changes made. Please note that we will be unable to change your shipping address if the package has been dispatched as redirection of your shipment is not allowed. Please make sure to take special care when entering your shipping address at the time of placing your order with us.

Products that are “Available Online” on our website can be ordered directly. Our team will get in touch with you after you have placed the order to discuss shipping details. All products ordered from our website will arrive to you within 2 weeks from placing the order, unless your order is delayed due to conditions outside of our control.

Our final prices quoted to you include shipping charges to your destination. For some of the countries we ship to, like the USA, UK, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Saudi Arabia duties are included too. However, for orders requested from Europe, duties would be charged extra. Yes it is. However, we would require you to notify us if you wish to return your order beforehand. You could email us at info@vakjewels.com or WhatsApp/Call us on +91
9987299612 for the same, within the first 14 days from receipt of your shipment. We will thereafter, ask you to safely return your pieces of jewellery in their original condition: unused & properly packaged by you, to the return address provided by us.

Once we have received and inspected thoroughly your returned package, we shall issue a full refund to the original source of payment (unless requested/mentioned otherwise). We will, however, not refund the return shipping costs incurred by you.

After notifying us of your wish to return your package, you would be required to ship it back to us within 14 days of the order receipt. Once you have sent us your inquiry for cancellation of your sale contract, we will provide you with instructions on how to best pack your parcel as well as the return address for the same.

We recommend insuring your package adequately as you are under liability to take reasonable care of the goods provided and will be liable for any damage to them until we receive the jewellery back safely at our warehouse. We also recommend opting for a secure, trackable and well-informed shipping partner to process the return of
your order and also suggest maintaining the receipt/document as proof of the
same, until we receive the package.
